How do membership discounts work?
Your membership discounts are automatically applied to every order you place. You'll see the discount reflected in your cart before checkout.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can pause or cancel your Membership by logging in, clicking the account icon and then the "Membership" tab. You can choose to pause indefinitely until you log back in and resume. You will still have access to any Membership days left on the paid period.
When will I be charged?
You will gain access to savings immediately upon signing up and billing occurs every 4 weeks. Pausing or cancelling a Membership is left entirely up to the customer, we do not manage or check individual accounts nor do we provide refunds for charged Memberships.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade by visiting your Membership tab in your account and selecting the next tier. You will only be charged the difference between the two Memberships.
